Allowed items, restricted items and customs notes
0.5–5 kg are fixed calculator prices. 6–30 kg are per-kg rates and total price = chargeable kg × per-kg rate. Remote area charge: ₹2100 + GST where applicable.

Customs requirements
- Anything posted or couriered to the UK goes through customs and can be checked for banned/restricted goods and duty/tax.
- Correct item declaration and value are required.
- Receiver may need to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty before delivery.
- Wrong declaration can cause seizure, fine, prosecution, return or delay.

- Prescription and medicine purchase bill if medicine is accepted with extra charges
Remote area & final checking
- Remote/special postcode prefixes from your sheet include AB, BT, EH, FK, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, ML, PA, PO and PH.
- Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and surrounding islands may need surcharge or special checking.

- Confirm actual and volumetric weight.
- Check destination postcode and remote area.
- Confirm food, medicine, desi ghee, wooden items and restricted goods.
