KYC
Documents normally required before international courier booking
KYC keeps parcels compliant and helps avoid customs delays.
Sender KYC
- Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence / PAN as accepted by service.
- Sender phone number and complete pickup address.
- Signature on declaration where required.
Receiver details
- Full name matching local delivery address.
- Complete address with postcode/ZIP.
- Local phone number and email if available.
Parcel documents
- Item-wise packing list with quantity and value.
- Invoice or purchase bill for commercial or high-value items.
- Prescription and bill for medicine where accepted.
Important
- Incorrect KYC or declaration can delay, return or block shipment.
- Customer must declare true value and contents.
