Terms & Conditions
Use this page to explain important conditions before accepting parcel booking.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Final rate must be confirmed before booking.
- Chargeable weight is higher of actual and volumetric weight.
- Customer is responsible for true declaration of item, quantity and value.
- Restricted/prohibited items are not accepted. If hidden, parcel can be delayed, seized, returned or destroyed by authorities.
- Destination duty, VAT/GST, customs charges, storage and inspection charges are receiver/customer responsibility unless clearly included in service.
- Delivery times are estimates and may change due to customs, flight, weather, remote area, address issue or public holidays.
- Liability is limited as per service terms. No claim for prohibited, wrongly declared, fragile, liquid, perishable or restricted items.
- Return/reshipping, remote area, heavy weight, out-of-gauge and extra-long charges may apply where applicable.
- Customer must provide valid KYC, invoice/packing list and other documents when requested.
- Dhillon International Courier Service works as a booking/support office and final carriage may be by partner courier/postal network.
